En coordinación con el Departamento de Regulación Sectorial Real de la matriz EMAE (Estudio Martin Abogados & Economistas), ésta puede delegar a EMA servicios complementarios en Derecho de la Regulación, en particular temas administrativos, normativos y de trámites ante los organismos reguladores. Los temas sustantivos en asesoría y consultoria, son competencia exclusiva de EMAE.
In coordination with the holding''s Regulation Department, EMAE (Martin Lawyers & Economists Firm), it may delegate to EMA the offer of complementary services in regulation law, including administrative, only legal and paperwork with regulators. The substantive, consulting and advice issues, are the sole responsibility of EMAE.
